At Kadees, we aim to deliver products in perfect condition. If there is an issue with your order, please review the policy below.
Eligibility for Replacement
You may request a replacement only on the same day of delivery under the following conditions:
-Incorrect size received
- Product received is defective or damaged
Replacement Conditions
- The issue must be reported on the day the order is delivered
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Requests made after the delivery day will not be accepted
How to Request a Replacement
- Share clear photos or videos showing the size issue or defect
- Provide your order number along with the proof
- Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement if approved
Important Notes
- No refunds are offered
- No exchanges or replacements are accepted after the day of delivery
-No warranties or guarantees apply, including for plating, color, or wear over time
- Normal wear and tear, mishandling, or damage after delivery are not covered
