Warranty Policy:
Lifetime Warranty:
Kadees provides a Lifetime Warranty for plating of all our demi-fine jewellery pieces, ensuring you can enjoy the jewellery the way you want to!
Claim Process:
- Capture a photo of the tarnished item.
- Email care@kadees.com with your order number, photo evidence, and the claim.
- Self-ship the product to our official address (A Wing- 1st floor, Kensington Court, Lane Number 5, opposite Malaka Spice, Koregaon Park, Pune, Maharashtra 411001) and share courier details with AWB number.
- Upon receiving the product, you'll receive store credit based on the credit terms given below which will be valid for 6 months from the issue date.
Credit Terms:
- 0-6 months: 50% of invoice value
- 6-12 months: 25% of invoice value
- After 12 months: 15% of invoice value
Exclusions from Warranty:
- Damage or breakage because of wear and tear.
- Third-party resizing or alterations.
- Damage to zirconia crystals due to mishandling.
- Loss of crystals or stones on the jewellery
- Not applicable on luxury handcrafted sets.
Jewelry Care Tips:
- KADEES jewellery is crafted for daily use. There are no do's and don'ts ! Just enjoy it everyday the way you want to!!
Breakage Warranty:
- Kadees offers a customer-friendly breakage warranty.
- In case of breakage during usage, claim 15% of the product value as KADEES cash.
- Cash is redeemable within 6 months online or offline.
